The BID Development Group agreed the need to keep Operational costs to a minimum to ensure maximum spend on its chosen projects.

The Operational costs cannot be avoided if the BID Company is to run efficiently.

The cost of Developing the BID, the ballot costs and the route for levy collection, has been funded by Nottingham City Council, the ATCM and other partner organisations.

Proposed 5 year income and expenditure is based upon best estimate at time of print. 

* Revenue costs only subject to capital funding
** Income based on 1½% levy with annual 3% inflation allowance
*** It has been agreed that Nottingham City Council will cover the costs associated with the levy collection
